Yep. You heard it right. Anheuser-Busch agreed to a cool $52 billion buyout from Belgian Brewer InBev.

In case you didn’t know, InBev is responsible for such popular beers as Stella Artois and Beck’s just to name a few. After the buyout, the official name of this corporate merger will be Anheuser-Busch InBev Co.
